CANCELLATION POLICY

Late arrivals: Your first appointment has grace but anything more than 15 mins late for chemical services will forfeit your booking and be charged a 50% fee. Anything more than 10 mins into your cut service will forfeit your booking and be charge 50% fee. Cancelations: I get it, I'm a mom, things come up. True emergencies will not count against you but please give notice as soon as possible, even a 3am text is fine. Rescheduling: I do require 48 hours notice to avoid cancelation fees. 72 hours notice around holidays and the entire month of November and December. No-Show: if I can’t make contact with you within an hour of you appointment time, you will be charged a 50% fee and be on booking probation for three appointments. If you are rescheduling or canceling within 24 hours of your appointment you are subject to a 50% cancelation fee that is not applicable towards next service.
